The Assignment consists of the execution of the following services:

a) Replacing the two existing fixed telephone exchanges of the IFV with one telephony provision from the cloud (telephony as a service). The new facility includes the maintenance and management of the telephony facility. The new telephony solution should replace the current solution.

b) Ensure smooth transition from the existing landline telephone service to the new cloud landline telephony service.
