1. The subject of the order execution and delivery of information and promotional materials for the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The purchased materials will be used in order to promote the Regional Operational Programme of the Malopolska Voivodeship 2014-2020 during training, conferences, meetings and organised events concerning the European Funds.

2. A detailed description of the object of the contract (sopz) is annex No 1C to the swz and will be entered as an annex to the public procurement contract.

3. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the contract — the model of the contract and annex No 1D to the swz (hereinafter referred to as the model of the contract).
