Passed according to the procedure with negotiation provided for in Article L. 2124-3 of the Public Order Code, the purpose of the consultation is to purchase by the Directorate-General of Pôle Emploi of insurance and technical, financial and administrative management benefits of a compulsory supplementary pension scheme for the maintenance of income introduced by Decree No. 99-528 of 25.6.1999 for employees governed by public law, a compulsory pension scheme common to employees of Pôle Emploi, an optional scheme, dependency for employees of Pôle Emploi, a compulsory supplementary pension scheme, additional death for managers, a compulsory scheme of guarantees of health care costs at the benefit of employees Pôle Emploi, an optional supplementary reimbursement scheme covering certain benefits, an optional scheme of health expenses for pensioners. These services and their terms of performance are described in the CCFT and the contract.

Insurance and technical financial and administrative management of a compulsory supplementary pension scheme for the maintenance of income (incapacity and invalidity) established by Decree No. 99-528 of 25.6.1999amended for public officials, of a compulsory pension scheme (incapacity, disability, death) common to employees of private law and employees governed by public law, associated with an optional scheme covering dependency for the benefit of employees of Pôle Emploi.
