5.1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the street surface in the City of Łódź divided into 7 parts.

PART I

- task 1.1 – Kąkolowa Street from Zimna Woda Street to Szałwiowa Street;

PART II

- task 2.1 – Sołecka/Gerberowa Street from Mileszki Street to Kosodrzewiny Street;

- task 2.2 – Białoruska Street from Edwarda Street to Wodociągowa Street;

- task 3.1 – Gościniec Street from property No. 145 to Mozaikowa Street;

Modernization of street surfaces in the City of Łódź divided into 7 parts

5.1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the street surface in the City of Łódź divided into 7 parts.

PART I

- task 1.1 – Kąkolowa Street from Zimna Woda Street to Szałwiowa Street;

A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and its annexes, STWiOR and SST.

The order was divided into parts. The Contractor may submit a bid for a selected / selected up to three parts of the contract.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 i.e.), i.e. three persons for each part of the contract performing work during the execution of the contract in the field of: directing or operating road equipment for each part of the contract. The scope of work of persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract execution and the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Ordering Party's right to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for non-compliance with them are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the model contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party shall require the Contractor to lodge a security deposit in the amount of:

- for part I - PLN 14,700.00. in words: fourteen thousand seven hundred zlotys 00/100

The contractor whose bid has been selected is obliged to lodge a security for the proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total gross price specified in the offer for each part of the contract.

The order must be completed within:

Part I - up to 50 calendar days from the date of handing over the construction site

Scope of work of persons carrying out the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in respect of the execution of the contract and the manner of verifying the employment of those persons and the power of the Contracting Authority to control the fulfillment of the requirements relating to the employment of those persons and penalties for them the failings are set out in the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the contract model which is Annex 10 to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party shall require the Contractor to lodge a security deposit in the amount of:

- for part II - PLN 20,000.00. in words: twenty thousand zlotys 00/100

The order must be completed within:

Part II - up to 70 calendar days from the date of handing over the construction site.

Part III

- task 3.1 – Gościniec Street from property No. 145 to Mozaikowa Street;

- task 3.2 – Jedwabnicza Street from property No. 19 to Mały Rycerza Street;

The order was divided into parts. The Contractor may submit a bid for a selected / selected up to three parts of the contract.

The Ordering Party shall require the Contractor to lodge a security deposit in the amount of:

- for part III - PLN 17,300.00. in words: seventeen thousand three hundred zlotys 00/100

The contractor whose bid has been selected is obliged to lodge a performance security in the amount of 5% of the total gross price specified in the tender for each part of the contract

The order must be completed within:

Part III - up to 70 calendar days from the date of handing over the construction site

The Ordering Party shall require the Contractor to lodge a security deposit in the amount of:

- for part IV - PLN 40,900.00. in words: forty thousand nine hundred zlotys 00/100.

The order must be completed within:

Part IV - up to 70 calendar days from the date of handing over the construction site.

- for part V - PLN 11,100.00. in words: eleven thousand one hundred zlotys 00/100

The order must be completed within:

Part V - up to 60 calendar days from the date of handing over the construction site.
