The aim of the competition is to enter into a contract for cleaning services at Hålogaland Theatre.

The competition is for cleaning in accordance with the attached cleaning plan, as well as periodic cleaning in Hålogaland Theatre's theatre building in Tromsø.

The building is approx. 5 200 m2, distributed as stated in the attached area card. The theatre has 47 permanent employees and a total of approx. 70 man-labour years.

The number of visitors will vary a lot. The historical figures are given in the tender documentation. Scene Vest has 330 seats, Scene Øst 130 and the rehearsal hall has a capacity of 100 persons. The theatre lobby´s capacity is 500 persons.
