1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, seeds, nursery management, meadow and agricultural management and hunting management, to be carried out in the Cybinka Forest District in 2024.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, seed production, nursery management, meadow and agricultural management and hunting management resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference,
Package I – acquisition in the Urad, Białków and Rąpice forestry districtsThe order includes surface preparation (agrotechnical melioration), harvesting and harvesting of wood in the following forest areas: Urad, Białków, Rąpice
Package X – other forestry services – meadow and agricultural management and huntingThe order includes comprehensive services for the Radzików Forest Nursery and works in the field of seed production in the entire Forest District
Package II – acquisition in the Nowy Świat, Sarnowo, Supno forestry districtsThe order includes surface preparation (agrotechnical drainage), harvesting and harvesting of wood in the following forest areas: Nowy Świat, Sarnowo, Supno
Package III – acquisition of Sądów, Radzików and Bargów in forestryThe order includes surface preparation (agrotechnical drainage), harvesting and harvesting of wood in the following forestry areas: Sądów, Radzików, Bargów
Package IV – harvesting in the forestry districts of Chlebów, Skarbona, MaszewoThe order covers the preparation of the surface (agrotechnical drainage), harvesting and skidding of wood in the following forests: Chlebów, Skarbona, Maszewo
Package V – development in the Urad, Białków and Rąpice forest rangesThe contract includes works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature conservation, fire protection, and other forest management works in the following forest areas: Urad, Białków, Rąpice
Package VI – development and acquisition in the Nowy Świat, Sarnowo, Supno forestry districtsThe contract covers works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, nature conservation, fire protection, timber harvesting in late cleaning (CP-P) and other forest management works in the following forest areas: Nowy Świat, Sarnowo, Supno
Package VII – development of Sądów, Radzików and Bargów forestsThe contract includes works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, fire protection, and other forest management works in the following forests: Sądów, Radzików, Bargów
Package VIII – development and acquisition of Chlebów, Skarbona, Maszewo in the forestry districtsThe contract covers works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature conservation, fire protection, timber harvesting in late cleaning (CP-P) and other forest management works in the following forest districts: Chlebów, Skarbona, Maszewo
Package IX – nursery and seed managementThe order includes comprehensive services for the Radzików Forest Nursery and works in the field of seed production in the entire Forest District
