Supply and installation of a system for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) specific for the deposition of arsenides and in particular for the fabrication of nanostructures by Droplet Epitaxy technique.

The object of the contract is the supply and installation of a "Molecular Beam Epitaxy" Growth Apparatus optimized for "droplet epitaxy" nanostructuring techniques
