The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój, and the collection and development of municipal waste collected during cleanup work from the territory of the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój Goczałkowice-Zdrój and services related to the decommissioning of wild dumps.

The detailed scope of service performance is described in the specification of the service - Annex 1 to the SIWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate inhabited in the territory of the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój and the collection and management of waste collected during cleanup work from the territory of the municipality Goczałkowice-Zdrój and services related to the decommissioning of wild dumps.

In the scope of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste donated by the owners of the property located in the territory of the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój, on which the inhabitants reside, in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, collection and management of waste collected during cleanup work from the territory of the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój and services related to the decommissioning of wild dumps.

Equipment the property on which residents reside, with containers or waste bags. The Contractor is required to develop a detailed timetable for the collection of municipal waste, organization and conduct a point of selective collection of municipal waste from residents of the Municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój. The detailed scope of the service is set out in Annex 1 to the SIVE — description of the subject of the contract.

The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the performance of the contract constituting:

— the operation of specialized vehicles intended for waste collection.

During the execution of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to carry out control actions against the Contractor regarding the fulfilment by the Contractor or subcontractor of the employment requirement under the employment contract of persons performing the activities indicated above. In particular, the Contracting Authority shall be entitled to:

a) request statements and documents regarding confirmation of compliance with the abovementioned requirements and assessing them;

b) demand explanations in case of doubts as to confirmation of compliance with the abovementioned requirements;

c) carry out on-site inspections.

Environmental aspect

The Contracting Authority provided for the ecological nature of the contract in one of the criteria for assessing tenders under the name 'Environmental Aspect', which will be considered on the basis of the declared number of vehicles meeting the “Euro V” emission standard or higher as indicated by the Contractor in the offer form.
