1. The subject of the contract is the service of multi-branch investor supervision for the investment entitled: "Design and construction of a maintenance and repair base for railway vehicles in Radom".

1. The subject of the contract includes performing the duties of multi-branch investor supervision over the implementation of the investment entitled: "Design and construction of a maintenance and repair base for railway vehicles in Radom". For the implementation of the above- mentioned the Contractor will be selected in the tender procedure MWZ3.27.78.2021.

2. In order to properly perform the contract, the obligations specified in this SWZ will be performed by the Contractor through designers and inspectors of investor supervision, who have the construction authorizations necessary to perform supervision in individual construction industries with a minimum of specialties:

• Designer of architecture, construction,

• Track system designer,

• Designer of the road system,

• Designer of the electrical and teletechnical industry,

• Designer of the sanitary and HVAC industry,

• Designer of railway overhead contact lines and their power supply,

• Inspector of supervision of the construction industry,

• Track industry supervision inspector,

• Inspector of road industry supervision,

• Inspector of supervision of the electrical and teletechnical industry,

• Sanitary and HVAC industry supervision inspector,

• Inspector of supervision of overhead contact lines and their power supply.

3. The detailed manner of performing the contract is specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the annexes to the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement.

4. The order will be executed within the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor selected in the procedure under the name "Design and construction of the maintenance and repair base of railway vehicles in Radom", until the date of obtaining the final decision on the use permit for the above-mentioned investment, but not longer than until the expiry of 4 years from the date of conclusion of the said contract, concerning the provision of multi-branch investor supervision, subject to paragraph 2.

5. The Contractor is obliged to perform Investor Supervision also in the event of detected defects during the warranty period of the completed order.

6. The Contractor undertakes to participate in the Ordering Party's inspections related to the implementation of the supervised investment.
