The purpose of the contract is to design and carry out rehabilitation work on the vault of the Mont-Blanc tunnel. The market includes a firm section, involving two sections of approximately 289 m and 248 m respectively, and an optional section, involving two sections of approximately 319 m and 300 m respectively. The estimated value of the contract is 8,000,000 EUR excluding VAT for each phase, ie a total of 16,000,000 EUR excluding VAT for the entire design-construction contract.

The firm phase relates to the design and execution of the rehabilitation works of the vault on the following sections:

- entrance on the France side - sheets 66-76 (from PK 1 + 889 to PK 2 + 178) for a length of approximately 289 m;

- central section on the Italian side - sheets 273-282 (from PK 7 + 905 to PK 8 + 153) for a length of approximately 248 m.

The estimated value of the firm tranche is 8,000,000 EUR excluding tax. The operation and maintenance of the structure will remain the responsibility of the client.
