In connection with project 1004910 New Government building complex, Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] requests tender offers for the turnkey contract

K901 Demolition.

The government has decided to construct a new government building complex. The development plan was adopted in February 2017.

The undertaking involves S-block, Y-block and R4 along with Møllergata 17 being demolished and that the 2 large integrated works of art in the Y-block will be taken care of, and further use will be clarified at a later date.

The S-block was demolished in 2014/2015 in order to start the work with new Safe Technical Infrastructure (STI) in the new government building complex. In contract K901, demolition includes the works to demolish R4 and M17 and an option to demolish the Y-block.
