The acquisition will include communications agency services for Lion Catering Ltd.

Marketing and communications services for Lion Catering Ltd are the subject of the competition. Marketing Communication Services works closely with Lion Catering Oy's communications team and support the implementation of Lion's strategy by means of communication.

The diverse practical skills and strategic marketing skills of the Marketing and Communication Service make Lion Catering's work more visible in many ways, especially as an attraction and reliable workplace.

We require the provider to have experience and holistic insight into the design and implementation of strategic communications and accountability communications. We hope that the provider will be able to provide us independently with ideas, solutions and new perspectives on both external and internal communications.

The partner must have deep skills in building corporate and employer image and reputation management. We also require competence in crisis messaging and social media.

Volume estimates of the services to be acquired and quantities assessed by the contracting entity are presented in the criteria of the object of the acquisition and in the annexes to the call for tender. Actual quantities of service acquired during the contract period may differ from the amounts shown.

Lion Catering cannot accurately commit to the quantities presented, but should be understood as information facilitating the bidding and pricing and the pricing review procedure. Lion Catering reserves the right to increase the number of products/services to be acquired under the terms of the contract with the winning bidder.

The agreement is expected to enter into force no later than December 2021.

The winner may be selected without negotiation on the basis of the bids submitted in the event of the application for participation!

Selection/potential follow-up negotiation participants (3 pcs) are scored according to Excel attached to the RFQ
