The object of the contract is the assignment of the cleaning service of the offices pertaining to the Petruzzelli Foundation and Theaters of Bari.

The amount placed on the basis of the tender includes the labor costs that the contracting authority has estimated at € 580,533.54

The duration of the contract (excluding any options) is 36 months (thirty-six) natural and consecutive from the signing of the contract of assignment, as better specified in the Specifications - Contract Scheme. A trial period of 6 (six) months is included, during which the Foundation will evaluate the service provided and will notify the successful bidder only in the event of a negative outcome.

Three-year cleaning service of the offices belonging to the Petruzzelli Foundation and Theaters of Bari. The award is made through an open procedure with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to Articles 44, 52, 58, 60 and 95 of the Code.
