The subject of the order is the successive collection and management, in the recovery or recycling process, of waste with the code 19 12 04 - plastic and rubber, produced at the Waste Management Plant in Lulków.
The waste management method offered must comply with applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701).
The estimated amount of the component that will be handed over to the Contractor during the contract period will be 9,000 Mg.

The estimated amount of waste that will be handed over to the Contractor during the contract period - from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2020 - will be 9,000 Mg. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste expected to be managed, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms.
The waste will be prepared by the Employer for collection in bulk, without prior zbelowanie.
It is allowed to bundle some batches of raw material (beam size approx. 75x110x130), average beam weight approx. 400-450 kg.

The waste is generated in the process of manual and automatic segregation from unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (from group 15). The waste code 19 12 04 may contain inclusions in the form of: waste paper, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, wood, textiles.
Collection of waste will take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 15:00 in the amount specified in the sales order sent by email or phone to the representative of the Contractor. The quantities of waste to be collected will be reported at least one day in advance. The Employer reserves the right, after prior agreement with the Contractor, to indicate other dates and times of collection.
Waste collection will take place from the area of the Waste Management Plant in Lulków, Lulkowo 12a, 62-200 Gniezno. Loading waste is on the side of the Employer. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the legalized balance of the Employer, located at the Employer's plant and will be confirmed by a receipt.
