North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) invite proposals from suppliers for the provision of a business solution to deliver a full housing and management solution which is both customer-centric and asset rich, which will transform service delivery through CRM capabilities, channel shifting, mobile working and related services. The focus must be on digital engagement to support NWLDC’s vision to realise its digital potential and therefore the proposal must be a total business solution that supports NWLDC’s ambitions, goals and values.

This tender process is being conducted through Competitive Dialogue in accordance with the Competitive Dialogue Procedure as set out under the EU Directive and the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
