Framework agreement for the rental of multifunction printers.

The object of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of a framework contract which:

the rental of approximately 700 digital multifunction printers for copying, printing, scanning and faxing.

The framework agreement has a term of 60 months. Within this term, the systems named in the service description are retrieved. Both individual and collective call-offs via several systems are possible. These call-offs result in rental agreements with a term of 60 months for the individual systems.

The rental agreement includes maintenance and repair services as well as the delivery of toner as a "full-service contract".

Furthermore, a print management software must be provided for the systems to be delivered.

The Bidder shall provide the SafeQ product from YSoft as print management software.
