The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of KUL in Lublin, Kazimierz Dolny, Stalowa Wola and Tomaszów Lubelski. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ and Annex 1.1 to the SWZ - Table of energy consumption points.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of KUL in Lublin, Kazimierz Dolny, Stalowa Wola and Tomaszów Lubelski. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ and Annex 1.1 to the SWZ - Table of energy consumption points.

2. The Contracting Authority shall not divide this contract into lots. Failure to divide the contract into lots shall not infringe the principle of fair competition. The possibility for smaller operators, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, to compete for the contract is not restricted. The division of the contract into lots could jeopardise the proper performance of the entire contract. This would result in excessive technical difficulties, disproportionate costs of performance of the contract, and the need to coordinate the activities of different Contractors performing possible individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. The manner of performance of the contract and its nature requires implementation by one Contractor. The dispersion of entities in the case of this contract is not justified technically, organisationally and economically.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
