Background and scope
The procurement concerns E-signing: To realize digital signatures, stamps and timestamps within Enköping municipality and the City of Västerås based on requirements in the eIDAS regulation (EU910/2014). and DIGG's Technical Framework and Normative Specification for Signature Services.
The call-off authorities (see Section 1.3) carry out a joint procurement procedure in which the individual contracting authorities individually write an identical award decision after award. The parties will sign separate agreements.
