divided into two parts:
Part 1. Successive supply of sands
Part 2. Successive delivery of construction aggregates.
2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope are specified in Appendix No. 1 and Appendix No. 2 (forms "Offer") to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the order (quantity) by a maximum of 20%.
For failure to perform the entire subject of the contract, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims for damages.
3. The delivered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the standard:
PN-EN 13043:2004 lub PN-EN 13242 +A1:2010.
4. The subject of the contract to be delivered must have a declaration of performance.
5. Deliveries will be made successively in batches according to needs, on the dates indicated by the Ordering Party on a working basis. Indication of the quantity and date will be made by phone at least 24 hours before the implementation of individual deliveries.
Deliveries will be made by the Contractor between 700 and 1500.
6. Transport is provided by the Contractor. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be transported by dump trucks with a load capacity of 25 t 15%.
7. Loading, transport and unloading will take place at the expense of the Contractor.
