The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund, hereafter called SPK, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of electricity.

The aim of the procurement is to enable SPK to achieve predictable and low energy prices in the contract period. SPK would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who has good routines and experience with the delivery of electricity.

SPK rents 920 m2 in the ground and first floors in Verkstedveien 1, Skøyen in Oslo, as well as 450 m2 of stores, archive and computer rooms in the basement.

The office areas consists of open office landscape with work places for approx. 450 people, 55 meeting rooms, 68 multiple purpose rooms, 1 training room and 6 printer rooms. In addition there are 2 project zones, 2 rest rooms and communal zones.
