Construction project: LVR-Jugendhilfe location Remscheid, Steinstrasse 21 - New construction of three outdoor living groups

Structural work for the new construction of a four-storey building (three upper floors and one sloping floor) for use as a girls' dormitory with three residential groups and a small administrative unit at the Remscheid site, Steinstrasse 21.

The new building will be built as a passive house in monolithic construction with a plaster surface.

The new construction project comprises a gross floor area of approx. 1,820 m² (BRI approx. 5,950 m³).

The existing building on the building site has already been completely removed in the course of the demolition work. The bottom of the excavation pit is made by the demolition contractor.

The subject of the services is the work for the shell construction as well as to a lesser extent building services for the production of the ceiling surface heating and the construction of a retaining wall in the area of the outdoor facilities.
