In 2023, the Municipality of Montferland intends to replace the entire SAN environment. It involves the replacement of the storage, switches and servers.

The municipality of Montferland is looking for one contractor who can supply, install/migrate and maintain a complete SAN environment that offers sufficient capacity for the next 4 years and connects to the current infrastructure while taking into account the program of requirements. The order consists of the delivery of:

Central server system on which operating system VMWare functions;

Storage equipment;

Switches

System and supporting software: software that is inextricably linked to the delivery in order for the relevant hardware to function properly.

In addition, the implementation and migration and maintenance and support are also part of the assignment.

Any extensions or additions are part of the scope of the agreement.

The contract shall consist of the supply of:

• System and supporting software: software that is inextricably linked to the delivery in order for the respective hardware to function properly.

In addition, the implementation and migration and maintenance and support are also part of the assignment.

Any extensions or additions fall within the scope of the Framework Agreement. The Client is entitled to grant Assignments for an extension or addition, but is not obliged to do so. Additions can consist of delivery of products or directly related hardware, additional services, additional consultancy deployment.
