The city of Nordhausen is planning to build a new fire service center for the joint use of professional volunteer and youth fire brigades. The

The total size of the property is approx. 11 250 m 2 . The new building is divided into a main hall with 16 parking spaces, an adjoining hall with 6 parking spaces and an administrative clasp. Workshops and a hose and exercise tower serve both the Nordhausen fire brigade itself and the surrounding fire brigades.

The new building has a U-shaped floor space of approx. 2,750 m 2 with an extension of approx. 90 m in the north and approx. 32 m in the south and a width of approx. 34 m in the east and 72 m in the west. The gross floor area is approx. 5,000 m 2 , the BRI is around 25,000 m 3 .

The service advertised here includes the delivery and installation of floor and wall tiles in sanitary areas, washrooms and kitchens.

A subdivision of this service into further lots is not intended (see point II.1.6)).
