The purpose of the contract is to implement and implement the IT tool “CYFROWA PLATFORM HR 4.0”, supporting enterprises which, as a result of technological and organizational changes in automotive industry, will face the need to carry out economic transformation in the form of reorganising employment structures, preparing workers for new occupations, or the development of new digital and social competences in workers. The designed IT tool (software) will consist of Modules that allow to identify needs in the field of development of new competences, support in management of teams, plan and carry out shielding activities within the framework of outplacement, launch recruitment Fixed-term employees (for commissioning projects), planning and implementing joint initiatives to accumulate competences of employees of different companies under new projects and organizing cooperation with industry schools and universities.

The purpose of the contract is to implement and implement the IT tool “DIGITAL PLATFORM HR 4.0”, supporting enterprises which, as a result of technological and organizational changes in the automotive industry, will be confronted with the need to carry out economic transformation in the the reorganisation of employment structures, the preparation of workers for new occupations, or the development of new digital and social competences in employees. The designed IT tool (software) will consist of Modules that allow to identify needs in the field of development of new competences, support in management of teams, plan and carry out shielding activities within the framework of outplacement, launch recruitment Fixed-term employees (for commissioning projects), planning and implementing joint initiatives to accumulate competences of employees of different companies under new projects and organizing cooperation with industry schools and universities.
2. HR 4.0 will take into account the standards of content preparation, publishing and designing websites in accordance with the WCAG2.1 guidelines at AA level. The service associated with the Digital HR 4.0 Platform will, inter alia, include activities for outplacement and retraining of employees who, as a result of technological and organisational changes, have to acquire new qualifications or new employment. Support in the form of counseling, training and mentoring will be implemented within the framework of the Digital HR Platform 4.0 with the preservation of equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
The HR 4.0 DIGITAL PLATFORM will be an online platform available to Cluster Members and to companies and organizations outside the Cluster available at the selected website address.
3. The aim of the HR 4.0 Digital Platform is to improve the activities carried out by the SA&AM Cluster in the area of human capital management and educational cooperation and communication.
4. Digital Platform HR 4.0 will allow:
• identification of the competence needs of the automotive sector and the advanced industrial technology sector,
• preparation and provision of Cluster services in the field of support for the development of competences of employees of organizations affiliated in the Cluster,
• development of competences, exchange of good practices in the field of management of persons of particular importance for the development of organizations (talent management),
• development of new activities of the Cluster in the area of employment,
• carrying out shielding activities, outplacement-related activities,
• development of new activities of the Cluster in the field of support in building teams of specialists/experts to implement dedicated projects,
• development and more effective support for initiating educational cooperation with universities, technical schools and industry schools, in the field of traineeships and traineeships with entrepreneurs,
• implementation of new activities to support SMEs in implementing good practice/high standards of organisation and personnel management (HR for SMEs),
• implementation of new activities of the Cluster in the direction of providing a database of experienced experts, consultants, mentors from the automotive area within the SILVER EXPERT Module.
5. Cooperation between companies is intended to reduce redundancies in the automotive sector and other industrial sectors and reduce the risk of digital exclusion among workers employed in occupations that are subject to change.
