The CEA wishes to entrust a service provider with the preventive and curative maintenance of the fixed and mobile breathing air units of the SEID available for the INB 165 and 166 of the CEA / FAR. Preventive maintenance is to be carried out once a year, over a week, on all the breathing air units of the CEA / FAR and twice a year on the breathing air units of buildings 50 and 53. The first will take place in September 2021 on all park equipment. The firm phase relates to the provision of services over a period of three years.

The contractor must carry out preventive maintenance on all of SEID's breathing air production equipment, in accordance with the manufacturer's systematic maintenance plan. Namely, breathing air compressors but also all associated filtration equipment.

Services on prior estimate: corrective maintenance.

Services on price schedule: the contractor will intervene before and after a periodic inspection (IP) or periodic requalification (RP) of pressure equipment present in one of the compressors or air dryer units (cf. order of 20.11.2017 relating to the in-service monitoring of pressure equipment and simple pressure vessels).

The ESP will be emptied by the holder (oil or desiccant) before the IP or the RP and returned to working order at the end of the latter.
