The order includes the following 2 parts:

Part I- Reception and management of municipal waste from Somonino Municipality

1. The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from owners of property inhabited, non-inhabited and used for recreational and leisure purposes in the Somonino Municipality.

2. Emptying of waste containers collected selectively at the Municipal Office building (6 pcs. Containers 1100 l. ,5 pcs Containers 240 l.).

3. Emptying of containers at TSO Remizach in localities: Somonino, Goręczyno, Ostrzyce, Hopowo, Egiertowo, Kamela, Chapel (28 containers 120 l).

4. Receipt of large-sized waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and hazardous waste will be carried out in the form of pick-up directly from the property once a year, and in the absence of space in front of the property with convenient access (preferable to place when entering the property):

(a) The collection of large-sized waste must be carried out by a separate vehicle enabling the loading of large-sized waste. When collecting large-sized waste, the collection of used tyres is allowed, and they will be separately transferred to the development, e.g. by twice entering the vehicle into the weighing device at the waste collection site. The Contractor shall have separate waste transfer cards for waste waste waste tyres and large-sized waste. The collection of waste must be carried out at least once a year in the months of April - June.

(b) The collection of waste waste electrical and electronic equipment must be carried out by separate transport. It is allowed to organize collection simultaneously with hazardous waste, with the waste being selectively transferred to the development facility, i.e. each waste will have a separate waste transfer card. 5. The Contractor is committed to receiving from the collection point, i.e. SP ZOZ in Somonin ul. Freedom 13 medicines not fit for consumption — 1 time a month.

Part II- Reception of waste collected in PSZOK

The object of the order of Part II is the collection of waste collected at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK), which is located within the Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant in Sławki, including waste from the area baskets.
