Tredu-Kiinteistöt Oy will build a Nokia campus in Nokia, which will house Tredu's Nokia office and Nokia High School in a competitive negotiated procedure.

The Nokia campus is located on the site of Tredu's current Kankaanta office. The construction project includes a 2-storey educational establishment and a 1-storey classroom for related vocational education. The scope of the project is approximately 10,300 brm 2 . The customer is now responsible for the demolition of the buildings on the site.

The Call for Proposals is organized in two stages and is divided into a Call for Proposals, from which up to five (5) consortia of bidders will be selected for the actual competitive negotiated procedure. The actual competitive negotiated procedure will be carried out in the so-called. as a French contract, in which the selection of the implementing consortium is based on a predetermined contract price based on qualitative criteria defined in the competition program.

With the selected consortium, the project will continue to be developed on the basis of a proposal plan during the development phase, which will be developed using Alliance-specific Lean tools, user-oriented in workshops, and on time and cost through the Last Planner and Big-Room methods.
