The subject of the contract is the purchase of a rescue and firefighting vehicle for TSO in Wohyń.
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a rescue and firefighting vehicle for TSO in Wohyń. 2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: a) delivery of a rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Wohyń, b) providing the necessary technical description (in Polish), c) delivering along with the order the instructions required for service in Polish and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle, d) training in vehicle operation of at least 3 employees of the Ordering Party in the field of usage rules, handling the maintenance and operation of the delivered subject of the contract, which will be confirmed by a certificate. 3. A built-in and equipped vehicle must meet the requirements of: – the Act "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), together with the implementing provisions to the Act, – the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the approval of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended), – Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and fire brigade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594), − standards: PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 (or equivalent), − the vehicle must have a valid certificate of admission for use in fire protection in the Polish issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list products intended to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended), – the vehicle must be marked with operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with the Ordinance No. 3 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of March 9, 2021 on transport management in organizational units of the State Fire Service. 4. The description of the subject of the contract, including the minimum technical and utility requirements for a medium class class fire-rescue vehicle with a 4x4 drive system, is described in the Technical Specification of the vehicle constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
