Description of the contract:

- provision of a single, integrated and interoperable information system in SaaS mode and related

hosting services based on qualified data centers on the “Qualified CSPs List”

published by AgID and ISO 27001 certified.

- complete recovery services of computer archives used by the procedures in use at the institution;

- start-up training services and throughout the contract period, differentiated according to

type of users;

- digital storage services of computer documents managed by the application, based on what

provided for by current legislation.

The new system supplied must meet the characteristics indicated in the technical specifications.
