The city of Mitterteich plans to build a new residential building in Wiesenstrasse 30 + 32 in Mitterteich. 15 rental apartments for social housing are to be built here. A corresponding feasibility study is already available. This is attached to the tender documents.
The demolition of the two existing houses will be commissioned separately and will be carried out this year. Construction work on the new building is scheduled to start in 2021, and completion of the new building is scheduled for mid-2022.
Gross construction costs (KG 200-700) of approx. EUR 3 million are to be expected.
The new building will comprise 15 rental apartments. The apartments on the ground floor are barrier-free. A three-story building is planned. An outbuilding is also to be built.
Funding for the project is to be achieved within the framework of the municipal housing promotion program (KommWFP).
The service phases 1-9 of the service profile Object Planning Building u. Interiors according to Part 3 Section 1, Section 34 Paragraph 3 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. App. 10 No. 10.1 HOAI. In addition, the following special services are awarded: Participate in the application and billing of funding, fire protection (if not already included in the basic services) and monitoring of the rectification of defects within the limitation period.
