This contract includes the supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of computer workstations in place of existing equipment. It will be concluded pursuant to Article 77 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The benefits are divided into two tranches concerning respectively the benefits envisaged for the year 2019 (firm phase) then 2020 (optional tranche). Commissioning of computer stations is required according to the items concerned for the end of June or the end of July 2019 for the firm tranche and mid-June 2020 for option tranche 1. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to strengthen and to achieve the benefits subject to the optional tranche from the year 2019 if he had sufficient funds to meet this need. The estimated date of commencement of benefits is envisaged mid-April 2019 (notification of the contract).

The detailed description of the expected services and supplies is given in the special technical clauses. The quantities envisaged under each tranche are entered in the financial documents that make up the business consultation file.
