Framework agreement pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 18/04/2016, n. 50 concerning the assignment to a single economic operator of library services to be carried out at the Libraries of Rome, as provided for in the Specifications (Annex A)

This framework agreement pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 18/04/2016, n. 50 has as its object the assignment to a single economic operator of library services to be carried out at the Libraries of Rome, as identified in the List of places of execution (Annex B) attached to the Specifications (Annex A).

This contract is effective from the stipulation of the contract between Zètema and the Contractor, which is expected to take place starting from July 2023, and will end on December 31, 2023, within the limits of the maximum amount of expenditure of Euro 375,000 excluding VAT.

The auction basis is given by the estimated hourly amount for the execution of the services covered by the framework agreement, equal to € 22.00 plus VAT.
