The purpose of the framework agreement is to entrust the contractor(s) with the road freight transport services necessary, in particular, for the operation of the gas distribution network by GRDF. Deliveries will be made to GRDF's end customers (GRDF warehouses, service providers, construction sites, etc.)

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, so GRDF will order the transport services as and when its need arises.

The consultation is divided into 4 lots corresponding to the different catchment areas and/or means of transport to be used by the Contractor.

Nature of the service: Delivery of pallets from Gennevilliers (92) by courier or charter by vehicles equipped with tailgates for the final delivery.

GRDF reserves the right, during the execution of the framework agreement, to request from the Account Holder a delivery from other platforms located in Ile-de-France.

Catchment area: Ile-de-France region comprising the following departments: 75; 77; 78; 91; 92; 93; 94 and 95. North-West Region comprising the following departments: 02; 14; 27; 50; 59; 60; 61; 62; 76 and 80.

Form of the lot: Single-contractor framework agreement with purchase order with a minimum of €1,540,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of €6,100,000 excluding VAT over the entire duration of the framework agreement. Therefore, GRDF will be required to order up to the minimum amount and may not exceed the maximum amount.

Nature of the service: Delivery from Gennevilliers (92). GRDF reserves the right, during the execution of the framework agreement, to request from the Account Holder a delivery from other platforms located in Ile-de-France.

Medium: Cranes with sidewalls

Nature of the goods: for information purposes only, the goods transported will consist of pallets, coils, steel lengths, heavy equipment

Catchment area: Ile-de-France region comprising the following departments: 75; 77; 78; 91; 92; 93; 94 and 95. North-West Region comprising the following departments: 02; 14; 27; 50; 59; 60; 61; 62; 76 and 80.

Form of the lot: Single-contractor framework agreement with purchase order with a minimum of €1,320,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of €5,300,000 excluding VAT over the entire duration of the framework agreement. Therefore, GRDF will be required to order up to the minimum amount and may not exceed the maximum amount.

Nature of the service: Delivery of pallets from Gennevilliers (92) by courier or charter by vehicles equipped with tailgates for final delivery.

Departure platform: At the beginning of the contract, the Contractor will transport the goods from the Gennevilliers platform. An optional tranche is provided for in the contract for Lot 3 and will allow the location of the departure platform to be changed during the execution of the contract.

To date, the final location of the 2nd platform is not yet known.

Form of the lot: Single-contractor framework agreement with purchase order with a minimum of €2,600,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of €10,400,000 excluding VAT over the entire duration of the framework agreement. Therefore, GRDF will be required to order up to the minimum amount and may not exceed the maximum amount.

Nature of the service: Delivery from Gennevilliers (92).
