The technical building equipment is designed for energy efficiency and ease of use.

The heat supply is planned analogous to the existing building with a district heating transfer station 100 KW (district heating connection) to cover the heat load. The dissipation of the required cooling load, especially the assembly hall / break hall and meeting rooms 22 kW, is achieved through the use of a 23 kW air conditioning split system based on the refrigerant R410A in conjunction with a ventilation unit assembly hall / use with an air volume of 9,300 m 3 / h supply air and 7 350 m 3 / h exhaust air realized.

"Classic" plan radiators and convector radiators with a capacity of up to max. 2 kW, which are supplied with water at 70/30 degrees.

To prevent unnecessary hot water storage, flow water heaters in accordance with DVGW W551 up to 10 kW intended. Approx. 1,500 m of foundation earth electrodes and 350 ring earth electrodes are provided for the lightning protection system.
