The assignment consists of two parts: on the one hand, the delivery of standard software (COTS: Commercial Off The Shelf) including the associated basic services in the field of SAM (Software Asset Management) and, on the other hand, certain optional but mandatory additional SAM services. services by making a SAM system available.

Part of the first part includes a so-called Enterprise Agreement for various Microsoft workstation and system software, applying the relevant VNG amendment, as well as a so-called CSP agreement for Microsoft cloud services (Azure).
