Rissa municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites interested groupings of contractors, architects and consultants to prequalification for participation in a restricted tender contest where the objective is to present a solution proposal for a new school located in the centre of Rissa. The grouping shall cover the disciplines: contractor, architect, consultant, energy consultant and landscape architect.

The Awarding Authority wishes to construct a new 1-10 grades school with capacity for 420 students per level in the primary school and 180 students per level in the lower secondary school. The project's cost frame is 200 000 000 NOK. The project also includes development of high quality outdoor areas
