Tranche nº 1, called “firm”:
- asbestos removal and demolition of the "Chaville" and "Sapinière" buildings.
Obtaining an environmental permit is necessary. The procedures are the responsibility of the company;
- the construction of a new school infrastructure + junction with the “central” building:
—— earthworks;
—— structural work, covering and closing;
—— interior and exterior finishes;
—— HVAC - sanitary;
—— electricity - gas - fire detection;
—— kitchen;
—— furniture.
- intervention on the existing boiler room;
- the renovation of the “central” building;
- the construction of the direct surroundings and the main road network.
Tranche nº 2, called “conditional”:
- the realization of indirect accesses:
—— landscaping;
-- car park;
—— turn back to the Regional Fire Department.
