“The performance of services in the field of forest management in the Chersk Forest District in the year 2022”

Material scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, logging and breaking timber and nursery management to be carried out in the Chersk Forest Forest District in the year 2022.

2) The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery management resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract.
