1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 15 complete sets of devices for measuring transmission parameters in broadband telecommunications networks based on the IP protocol and conducting instructions at the headquarters of the Ordering Party at 7/9 Giełdowa Street in Warsaw.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to summon Contractors to appear at the Ordering Party's headquarters within 5 days from the date of opening the tenders, in order to conduct demonstrations and perform test measurements, in order to confirm the compliance of the offered devices with SOPZ. Measurements must be made on the devices being the subject of the offer and the test environment prepared by the Ordering Party in accordance with Chapter 4 paragraph 1 SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract will be financed under the project entitled "Financing of technical and training facilities for the Office of Electronic Communications in 2023", project no. POPC.04.01.01-00-0073/22.

3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to summon Contractors to appear at the Employer's headquarters within 5 days from the date of opening the tenders, in order to carry out demonstrations and perform test measurements, in order to confirm the compliance of the offered devices with the SOPZ. Measurements must be made on the devices being the subject of the offer and the test environment prepared by the Ordering Party using electrical measuring ports. The customer will provide electrical cables for connecting the offered devices to the test environment. The demonstration must confirm the possibility of meeting the selected parameters described in point 2 of the SOPZ. The contracting authority will prepare documentation of the demonstration, in the form of a protocol, to which the attachments will be, m.in: measurement report, photos.

4. Deadline for the contract: the entire order will be processed by 30 November 2023 at the latest, including the delivery of equipment by 20 November 2023 at the latest, and the instruction will take place after signing the equipment acceptance protocol within the time agreed with the Ordering Party.

5. The subject of the contract will be financed under the project entitled "Financing of technical and training facilities for the Office of Electronic Communications in 2023", project no. POPC.04.01.01-00-0073/22.
