As an independent city, the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock is responsible for schools with all municipally supported schools and exercises school sponsorship within the scope of its own sphere of activity (§ 102 Abs. 1 SchulG M-V). Among other things, the school authority is responsible for covering the material needs of the school operation.
As the responsible specialist office, the school administration office is planning a framework agreement for the furnishing of the 47 Rostock schools and 41 sports facilities.
The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock intends to conclude a framework agreement on the purchase, delivery, assembly, disposal and inspection of class sets/equipment for general school operations at schools and school sports facilities under the sponsorship of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock.
The framework agreement concerns the supply, assembly, disposal and inspection of other object equipment, including student chairs and tables, triangular, PC work, teacher and trapezoidal tables. The entire scope of the equipment to be supplied can be found in the tender documents. Furthermore, the framework agreement, if necessary, concerns the scaled planning services (possibly measurement) taking into account the applicable regulations, as well as the subsequent delivery and installation, also of spare parts as required by the customer.
As part of the contract to be concluded, an inspection of the procured equipment is to be carried out once a year.
In the course of the inspection, visual and functional tests are carried out, loose or adjusted functional parts are retightened. If damage is detected, non-binding repair offers should be submitted to the school authority.
The framework agreement shall be awarded taking into account the following criteria:
• Price at 60% • Sampling at 30% • Service at 10%
