Fraunhofer IIS is looking for a contractor to provide software development services as part of the "Real-Time Audio Production Tools" project.

The Audio and Media Technologies (AME) division of the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS develops complete solutions for personalized and enveloping sound based on the MPEG-H 3D audio standard with application in digital television. To support market development, production tools must also be available with which sound engineers can compose and listen to convincing 3D sound.

Fraunhofer IIS is looking for a contractor to provide software development services as part of the "Real-Time Audio Production Tools" project.

Term of the order is 15.05.2023 to 14.05.2025.

We assume an expenditure of approx. 142 person hours per month.

However, depending on the project situation, this can be exceeded or undercut. The total scope is a maximum of 3,408 person hours during the contract period (24 months).

At the end of the fixed term, there is, by mutual agreement, the possibility of an optional extension of 24 months. In order to be able to take flexible account of inflation- and/or market-related price developments, an adjustment of the remuneration for the optional extension may be agreed if necessary.

The service is to be provided by several employees on the part of the contractor.
