The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991. On forests(consolidated text:D Z.U. of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities and meadow and agricultural management to be performed in the Dynów Forest District in 2023.3.5. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing activities in the field of contract performance consisting in the acquisition and skidding of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. Deaths).

3.1. Material scope of the subject of the contract 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities as well as meadow and agricultural management, to be performed in the Dynów Forest District in 2022. 2) The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding wood, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities and meadow and agricultural management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Appendix 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of skidding wood; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in obtaining and skidding; Appendix 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition; Appendix 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential); Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds); Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal made with the help of a planter; Appendix No. 2.4.3. - list of areas where planting of seedlings is provided 3) The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. 4) Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of May 12, 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests (EZ.011.13.2022) and Decision No. 86 of the General Director of the State Forests of July 19, 2022 on the amendment of the annex to Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of May 12, 2022 on introduction to the use of the "Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology" in organizational units of the State Forests (MZ.011.4.2022); Appendix No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work performance technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno adopted by Decision No. 19 of the Regional Director of the State Forests in Krosno of June 21, 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forest works" in forest districts grouped in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno (DK.0070.1.2022) and DECISION No. 73 on the amendment of the Annex to Decision No. 19 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Krosno of 21 June 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in forest districts grouped in the Regional Directorate of State Forests. Appendix No. 3.3 Errata No. 1 Appendix No. 3.4 Errata No. 2 Specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ A detailed description of the technology standard for performing individual forestry works (activities) is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements making up the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). If the action described in the above-mentioned annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.
