1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the following municipalities, which are separate sectors:
1) Sector XIX – the area of the municipality of Zbąszyń.
2. Waste shall be collected:
1) from the owners of the property where the residents reside,
2) from summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes,
3) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on plots with the number ewid.:
a) 55/2, 55/4, 55/6 and 55/8 located within Nowy Dwór in the municipality of Zbąszyń (Sector XIX),
4) from pharmacies located in:
a) municipalities of Zbąszyń – Sector XIX (collection of expired medicines),
5. from electropoints located in:
a) Zbąszyń, 10 Mostowa Street, at the School and Preschool Complex (Sector XIX),
3. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the collected waste and its unloading in the Municipal Installation - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. in Piotrów Pierwszy 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.

This tender does not include the receipt of waste from uninhabited property sites.
