See II.2.4).
The assignment concerns the energetic renovation of +/- 173 social housing units located in the Gijmelberg district in Aarschot, however, this number is a VH and therefore not exhaustive and may amount to more or fewer dwellings.
Energetic renovation includes:
1. refilling the cavity;
2. insulating the roof;
3. replacing the joinery;
4. replacing the central heating boiler;
5. replacing the radiators; and
6. Installing a ventilation system.
Before the renovation works, the energy performance of each home is determined by a pre-monitoring period. On the basis of these measurements, the tenderer will propose an energy saving to be achieved. In addition to these energy savings to be determined, the applicable EPB requirements for renovation must also be followed (maximum U values, minimum requirements for installations and minimum ventilation facilities). The interventions are determined for each home. After the interventions have been carried out, an after-monitoring will verify whether the set goals have been achieved. The houses are currently inhabited. A move during the works is excluded. The nuisance experienced by residents during the work must be kept to a minimum.
