PART 1 - EXTENDED SHELL OF OFFICE AND SOCIAL BUILDINGS
The proposed measure is Part 1
- New office and social building Nordwasser-
The office/social building is planned as the future heart of the site.
It is designed as a corner building and forms the formative prelude when entering the central base.
For 125-150 employees, it provides the necessary changing rooms, showers, sanitary facilities, break/meeting rooms, master offices and laundry and drying rooms.
Object of performance Part 1 Extended shell of office and social buildings
The object of the service is the execution of a massively constructed three-storey building on an existing floor slab (Lot 1 – already implemented).
The building is L-shaped with central floor access, two wings and staircase connectors.
It has the dimensions of approx. 35 x 55 m with a built-up area of approx. 950 m² and a gross capacity of approx. 10570 m³.
The construction method is carried out as a mixed construction method with masonry / reinforced concrete walls and filigree ceilings and reinforced concrete flat roof. The flat roof is greened, the heat-exchanging exterior walls are insulated with ETICS, P/R facades and windows are aluminium constructions and receive external external venetian blind shading.

Object of performance Part 2 Extended shell workshop building
The object of the service is the execution of a massively constructed single-storey building on an existing floor slab (Lot 1 – already implemented).
The building is rectangular and has the dimensions of approx. 12 x 50 m with a built-up area of approx. 600 m² and a gross capacity of approx. 3540 m³.
The construction method is a mixed construction with masonry / reinforced concrete walls and flat filigree ceiling.
The roof is greened, the heat-exchanging exterior walls are insulated with ETICS, the windows are aluminum constructions.
In the approach area there are 8 insulated sectional doors with pass doors.
