The subject of the contract is: Lease of a robotic surgical system along with ongoing maintenance services and equipment for performing surgical procedures with successive delivery of disposable instruments and accessories.

The working system is designed for procedures for the needs of the Urology Department, the Oncological Surgery Department with the Minimally Invasive Surgery Unit, the Otorhinolaryngology Department and the Gynaecological Oncology Department.

Due to the specificity of the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority does not envisage dividing it into parts. Due to its specificity, the robotic system requires special equipment and wear sets, which are provided by the manufacturer or an authorized representative, which is currently only the manufacturer of medical equipment, i.e. the robotic system.
