Realizing a tram line between Hasselt and Maastricht.

The project that is awarded includes:

- the design (Design), construction (Build), financing (Finance) and 25-year long-term maintenance (Maintain) of public transport infrastructure in Flanders (including depots) (collectively referred to as "DBFM"),

- the design (Engineering) and construction (Build) of the components of the infrastructure outside of configuration on Flemish territory (collectively referred to as "EB"),

- the design (Design), the construction (Build) and the long-term maintenance during 25 years (Maintain) of the public transport infrastructure on Dutch territory (collectively referred to as "DBM").
