The purpose of this open European tender procedure is to contract a contractor for the Veluwe IJssel environment authority for monitoring the energy saving obligation (EML controls).

OVIJ transfers a number of EML checks to the contractor for execution in the VTH system (OpenWave).

On an annual basis, it concerns approximately 105-180 controls (of which approximately 70-120 initial checks and 35-60 re-checks). The ratio of initial checks and re-checks may vary because the numbers of initial checks depend on the number of establishments available to visit.

This is an estimate based on current experiences. The distribution between initial checks and re-checks may vary in practice. The distribution mentioned is indicative; OVIJ may decide to deviate from this if the practice calls for it.

For this purpose, the contractor employs employees who comply with the requirements set out in this tender.

The objectives of this Agreement are:

1. That all checks outsourced to the Contractor are carried out in a timely and qualitatively good manner and timely

administrative handling shall be transferred to OVIJ;

2. That the contractor understands and defends the interests of OVIJ, proactively thinks along and is flexible.

The annual turnover associated with this assignment is approximately

€ 90.000-€ 150.000 excluding VAT. No rights can be derived from this amount. This revenue is an indication.

The agreement that will be entered into with the Contractor and has a duration of approximately 10 months before 2022. The agreement can then be optionally renewed twice for one year.
