The electrical repair and installation service to be obtained includes a variety of work tasks on the property each week.
4.1 Service Description
The service to be acquired includes electrical repair and installation work related to the maintenance of the Lahti Talot Group properties. The subscriber uses contractors who have signed the procurement contracts for electrical repair and installation work under the tender offer. Subscriber weights order volumes to contract contractors at their discretion. Procurement does not apply to large-scale electrical contracts, they are competitive as their own special procurement.
The work included in the service is carried out at the unit and hourly prices offered, according to the timetables agreed on the work orders. The service is carried out in Finnish through oral and written interactions between the subscriber organisation and the property maintenance organisation and residents, and if necessary, communication in the English language must be equipped. The number one priority for the subscriber is the good quality of the work performed within order delivery times. Work orders with attachments are delivered to the contractor, as a rule, via the subscriber's operating control system by email, so the contractor should have a working email address and normal office programs.
Work is carried out during normal working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays unless otherwise agreed on the actual order. Key or keys to each job are handed over and returned in a lock shop according to the subscriber's procurement instruction.
