The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer that covers the contracting authority's need for all types of medicines, pharmacy products, and pharmaceutical services that facilities efficient product and information flow between the user, customer, and supplier.

The contract does not include medical consumables, gloves, nutritional products, laboratory products, incontinence products, and vaccines.
